The family friendly evening includes a special interview with 3x Olympic Gold Medallist, Jennifer Botterill '97, a unique SJR trivia game (brought to you by your favourite teachers and alumni), "then and now" student videos showcasing the growth of our School, and special Rock Show performances.

It wouldn't be an SJR celebration without House spirit.  House points will be awarded for participation. Wear your House colours, or brand your House colour as your background.  Don't worry, we will provide that to you when you register.  Bonus points if you wear your old uniform (will it still fit?).  Which House will win the SJR200 House Cup?  Join us Saturday, September 25, 2021 to find out!

The formal agenda will be from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. CST, but that doesn't mean the evening is over!  Stay on and join one of our "Night Cap" lounges, set-up by decade so you can drop in and out and visit with alumni and SJR friends around the world.

PRESERVING OUR CAMPUS FOR ANOTHER 200 YEARS!

Yes, proceeds from the SJR200 (+1) Virtual Gala will support campus sustainability to ensure our campus grounds and all our buildings are maintained and preserved for today and generations to follow.

Campus sustainability has been identified as a priority through the Tom Bredin Athletic Centre Revitalization project and the SJR Foundation, Inc.

An additional donation made when purchasing your tickets will support these initiatives.  All donations are eligible to receive a charitable tax receipt.

    Tom Bredin Athletic Centre Revitalization

The Athletic Centre includes the Reimer Gym, the Riley Fitness Centre and the Dutton Memorial Arena.  In 2017, we celebrated the 50th anniversary of the opening of the Arena.  At that time, a facilities review was conducted and we concluded that our ice plant requires significant structural work and maintenance.  With an urgent need for remedial work, we explored options that would enable us to rejuvenate Dutton and further enhance our athletic offering, making these facilities inclusive and available to all.  The ice surface will be reduced from the International sized rink (200 feet x 110 feet) to an NHL sized rink (200 feet x 85 feet).  Dutton will also be converted to a field house from April to August with the installation of artificial turf, making Dutton a year-round facility.

SJR Foundation, Inc. – Providing an Enduring Legacy

Gifts made to the endowment are held by the SJR Foundation and remain at SJR in perpetuity.  The SJR Foundation was created in 1962 to manage funds endowed to the School for the provision of scholarships and financial aid, maintaining our beautiful campus and supporting ongoing education and classroom enrichment throughout the School.  The Foundation ensures the Capital is preserved and earns investment invoice to provide a reliable and sustainable annual allocation to the School.

    The
Campus Sustainability endowment supports the ongoing needs of our beautiful campus and preserves buildings and trees for generations to follow.
